Order and Process

I. WHEN TO ORDER?

Although most orders take about a month, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 1.5 – 2 months before your desired delivery date. This will ensure the highest quality of your custom hand-drawn artwork, allowing time for revisions, additional finishes, and unforseen delays.

II. HOW TO COMPLETE THE ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing instructions and a link to your wording form. (Make sure to check your spam folder)
Send us your completed form, along with a photo (for custom portrait orders).

III. WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST PROOF?

Personalized texts: 1–3 business days
Custom portraits: Minimalist: 5–7 business days ◦ Realistic: 7–9 business days
We will send all proofs via email

IV. CAN I REQUEST CHANGES?

Yes!  You get 3 rounds of partial edits (wording, colors, illustrations, etc.)
Each Revision takes approximately 1-2 business days.
Major illustration changes will incur additional fees.

V. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES

Production is where we cut, print and hand craft each card, starting after design approval. 
Standard (rectangular): 7–10 business days
Die-cut (shaped) / Special Finishes: 10–14 business days
